The hydride neutron absorbers and the cladding tube materials irradiation program conducted using the experimental fast reactor Joyo of the Japan Atomic Energy Agency to investigate stability under the fast neutron irradiation. hydride disks, stainless steel disks with AlO/CrO coating were irradiated in the Joyo. The post irradiation examinations were conducted.
